Kareem is an experienced investor who has built his professional career working with founder-owned businesses across many industries. He has worked with leading Private Equity firms including The Carlyle Group, Centre Partners and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, where he focused on acquiring and transforming companies into leading national platforms. ​Prior to his Private Equity involvement, he worked with Wells Fargo Securities Investment Bank to advise large corporate clients on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and strategic divestments. Kareem graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A in Finance and a second major in Economics.

 

Outside of work, Kareem is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He currently lives with his wife in New York City.
